About The SNAP Program

The SNAP program provides families with a certain amount of money each month. These benefits are distributed to consumers via an EBT card. The retail store took part inthe trafficking of SNAP benefits. Examples of this is fraudulently accepting taking the benefits, or theft of the benefits.

The grocery store took SNAP funds in exchange for nonfood items like alcohol, tobacco, or other goods.

The store submitted incorrect info on the store’s application to accept EBT benefits.

Your store took money for more EBT food stamps than actual food sales over the same period.
